Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration Across Chicagoland

After the fire department leaves is when the second wave of damage starts: soot etching into finishes, smoke odor migrating through the HVAC, water from the hoses soaking everything the flames didn't touch. We secure the building the same day, then run fire, smoke, and water recovery as one job with one point of contact.

01The Scope

Securing, cleaning, rebuilding

Day one: emergency board-up and roof tarping so weather and opportunists stay out, plus water extraction from firefighting. Your insurance carrier gets complete photo documentation from the first walkthrough.

Soot and smoke: different residues need different chemistry, and scrubbing the wrong one sets the stain. We clean salvageable surfaces and contents properly, and treat odor at the source — including duct cleaning — instead of masking it.

Then the rebuild: from patching one scorched room to reconstructing whole sections, handled by the same company that did the mitigation, billed through the same claim.

03Response & Timeline

Board-up same day. Smoke remediation and rebuild are scoped per loss — we give you the schedule in writing after the first walkthrough.

04Insurance & Cost

Fire losses are insurance work almost without exception. We work directly with your adjuster from the first inspection through the final invoice.

Assessments are free, and the scope is documented in writing before work starts. No pricing games.
