Water Damage Restoration Across Chicagoland
Water doesn't wait for business hours, and neither do we. A burst pipe at 10pm gets a truck at 10pm — one reviewer clocked us at her door within minutes of the call. We extract the water, map the moisture with meters instead of guesswork, set commercial drying equipment, and stay on it until the structure reads dry. Then we put the house back together.
01The Scope
What a water loss with us looks like
First hours: stop the source, extract standing water, and pull moisture readings on every affected wall, floor, and ceiling so nothing wet gets sealed up to rot later. You get photos and readings from day one — the same documentation your insurance adjuster needs.
Drying: commercial air movers and dehumidifiers, placed by the readings and checked daily. When the numbers say dry, the equipment leaves — not before, not after. Wet drywall, insulation, and flooring that can't be saved are cut out cleanly and hauled off.
Rebuild: drywall, trim, paint, and flooring back to the way it was, or better. One company from the first call to the last coat of paint, so you're not coordinating three contractors over one flood.

03Response & Timeline
On-site fast — nights, weekends, and holidays included. Structural drying typically runs 3 to 5 days; rebuild depends on the scope of the loss.
04Insurance & Cost
Most water losses are covered by homeowner's insurance. We document everything, bill the carrier directly, and walk you through the claim so you're not translating between an adjuster and a contractor.
Assessments are free, and the scope is documented in writing before work starts. No pricing games.
