Affected areas get sealed under negative air pressure before anything is disturbed. Contaminated drywall, insulation, and framing surfaces are removed or abrasively cleaned, HEPA-vacuumed, and treated with antimicrobials.
Crawl spaces get particular attention — customers call us about crawl space mold for a reason. Low, dark, and damp is exactly where growth starts and exactly where nobody looks until it smells.
Before we close anything back up, the source gets addressed: drainage, ventilation, a failed pump, a plumbing leak. You get before-and-after photos of areas you'd otherwise have to crawl in to verify.
