Storm Damage & Ice Dam Removal Across Chicagoland
Chicagoland weather works both shifts: summer downbursts that drop limbs through roofs, and February ice dams that push meltwater under the shingles and down the inside of your walls. Either way the playbook is the same — stop the intrusion now, dry what got wet, repair what broke.
01The Scope
Emergency response through repair
Storm calls start with making the building weather-tight: tarping, board-up, and emergency water extraction, day or night. Then moisture mapping — storm water travels inside walls and shows up two rooms from the hole, and finding all of it is the job.
Ice dams get steamed off safely — no hacking at your shingles with a hatchet — and the interior side gets the same drying and repair standard as any water loss. If attic insulation or ventilation caused the dam, we'll show you, so it doesn't rebuild every winter.
Wind, hail, and fallen-limb damage get documented to insurance standards and repaired, roofline to drywall, by one crew.
