Plenty of restoration outfits dry a basement, collect the equipment, and hand you a phone number for 'a good contractor.' Now you're running a construction project you never asked for, between two companies who each think the gap is the other's problem.
Flash keeps the rebuild. The film shows what that looks like after the meters read dry: framing repaired where demo took it, fresh drywall hung and finished, floors down, trim and paint to done.
The finish standard is the part worth watching. The rebuilt kitchens, tiled showers, and finished basements in our photo gallery came out of exactly this process — pre-loss condition or better, from the company that started with a wet vacuum in the dark.
